Victoria Herrero leads Zuellig Pharma’s strategic initiatives around people and sustainability, ensuring the company continues to foster a culture of collaboration and sustainable growth.

She is a seasoned HR leader and an internationally certified Executive Coach. Her extensive international experience spans multiple markets and cultures, including the UK, Germany, the Netherlands, China, and Singapore.

Prior to Zuellig Pharma, Victoria was SVP HR Global Commercial & Global Travel Retail at Coty, one of the world’s largest beauty companies. She has also held senior roles at Chery Automobile and McKesson Europe, which cemented her expertise in managing complex organisations and restructuring projects.

Victoria holds an MBA from Bayes Business School and completed a one-year programme at the University of Cambridge Judge Business School. She has also begun a Graduate Diploma in Psychotherapy and Counselling at The School of Positive Psychology in Singapore.
